Our Quality Guarantee

At Value Golf, we believe that the quality of our components and assembly are unmatched. The chances of a defective club passing through our hands to you is negligible. However, in the unlikely event a club is defective through normal use by you, the customer, we will replace it within 1 year of purchase. 

Playability Guarantee

We don’t have one. We used to have one, but the very small number of people that used it, also abused it. Buying custom clubs on the internet, like buying anything that you can not test beforehand, is somewhat of a risk. If someone wants a guarantee that the clubs they are buying/being fit with are perfect for them, it’s just something that you have to do in person, and pay the big bucks. So in order to keep our prices where the customer needs them to be we have dispensed with any “playability guarantee”. Do we honestly think you will be happy with the clubs you purchase from us? Absolutely. See our reviews for evidence of that.

Return Policy On Components 

No returns will be accepted on golf components without authorization from Value Golf, and the original invoice. There will be no refund of shipping charges on non-defective merchandise, and you will also be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We will accept returns only on new components still in shrink wrap plastic, other than those determined to be defective, for a period of 30 days. The components must come back to us in the original shape you received them so that they can be re-sold. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Return Policy On Golf Clubs

We do not offer returns on assembled clubs under any circumstance - used or new.

Return Policy On Shafts with Adapters

Because a shaft with an adapter and grip is also an assembled product, we do not offer returns under any circumstance - used or new.

Backorders 

Orders received first are given first consideration. Orders are filled as promptly as possible. If a backorder situation occurs, we will notify you as early as possible and give you the option of canceling the order or having us fill the order when supply allows. In the rare case of a backorder, we will contact you. Please make sure when you order that you have listed a valid phone number and email address that you monitor. We never would sell your private information and would only use your contact information to call or email you about an issue with your order. 

Sales Tax

As of now, we are only required to charge sales tax in the state of Pennsylvania, which is 6%. If you are a business in Pennsylvania, you may file a tax exemption with us and you will not have to pay tax.

International Orders

For orders placed outside of the United States we do not collect sales tax, however your purchase will likely be subject to taxes, import fees, customs fees, etc. before you receive it. All of these taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Additionally, we will not devalue the purchase amount to save the amount of taxes or fees that you will pay; please do not ask us. Misrepresenting the value of the contents of a shipment is considered fraud by many governments including the United States government.

Price Matching

We will price match the regular price of any legitimate competitor on components that are advertised on their website. This would only apply to identical products. We will not price match an eBay auction, a special, a promotion, a "fake" website offer (where our determination is that you would not get the parts and they would just take your money), or a limited time offer. Legitimate internet competition offers must include shipping and handling charges as the basis for comparison. We will NOT price match a competitor on assembled clubs. Not all assembled clubs are created equally (some are not even assembled in the USA), and simply put, we spend more time on our builds than most competitors. If you are looking for cheap, cut and glue type clubs, we are not the place for you. 

Business Refusal 

Under federal law, we can refuse to sell to any person for any reason, unless we are discriminating against a protected class. Protected classes include: race or color, sexual orientation, national origin, or citizenship status. We would never refuse your business for any of those reasons. Someone we consider an unreasonable customer is not a “protected class”. 

Pricing Errors or Errors In Description

Occasionally, a pricing error may occur on our website. In such cases we will not be obligated to supply the goods at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to correct any errors we have made in pricing or description. We will, at our discretion, either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid. The legally binding contract between Value Golf and our customers does not happen at the point of order, at the point of us charging your credit card, or at the point of you receiving an email confirmation of your order. The legally binding contract for us to sell you merchandise occurs at the point of delivery of the merchandise.

Cookies

Like virtually all e-commerce websites, valuegolf.com uses “cookies” which are pieces of data given to your browser that allow our website to identify you when you access our site. Cookies do not extract any information about you that you have not already revealed voluntarily. The vast majority of internet users appreciate cookies as a convenience feature for shopping online. Overall cookies help us provide you with a website layout that makes the most sense. 

Product Reviews Policy

Our goal is to make sure that the product reviews on our website are honest reviews from our customers. If you have purchased the item from us and are not happy with the quality for the price paid and you leave a bad review 1) on the correct product, and 2) aren’t giving the reader misinformation, (e.g. it’s obvious that the problem was in the installation of the product), the review will be approved and posted on our site. However, we will not post a review that is unrelated to the product or misleading to potential buyers, for example, you have an issue with the amount of time the carrier took to get the product to you, or you are leaving a negative review for another reason not related to the quality of the product, or you thought the product, or the shipping cost would be less expensive, but you bought it anyway. Also, if you have not purchased the item from us, we have the right to consider that a biased or misleading review on behalf of a competitor (yes, it happens) and will not approve it for posting on our site.

Any personal information that Value Golf collects by means of a website order is never sold or distributed to anyone, period. Occasionally we may use your email address to send website updates or specials (if we ever have the time, which is rare). You can opt out of any communication in this regard at any time.
